Apparently its just because he goes running and eats healthily..well thats what he said when he started looking a lot thinner way back in s4(?) of dexter

Enjoyed the first ep. Was funny to see Chris Jericho cameo. Looks like Uma Thurman will be back for the season as well. Brian Cox is also a big hitter. I wonder where they are going with that one.
