Most would come with disks now, yes. However my Netgear disks weren't useful at all, just some knowledge base type stuff, and links to their site.

What you need to do is plug the router in, then press and hold the reset button in with a pen or something, then when the lights flash off take it out, wait for the lights to all come on, thenyou should be able to log on with admin/password combo (Should be on the sticker on the bottom)

try username admin password sky .......i believe this is the default username and password for the sky firmware

Yeah I tried using the default as admin and password after resetting the router but that didnt work either.

Will try admin and word `sky` tonight (Then I will throw the router out the window if that doesnt work)

If that works then I would upgrade the firmware with that download?

Got into the router setup but now what? The file doesnt seem to want to upgrade?

Any other links to the firmware?

When I use the firmware that you suggested it says its the wrong version.
