200% is wrong, default is 100%

But your attenuation is tiny, your line is excellent and you'll get max speed on any package that you choose. You're syncing at 8mb so I assume you're on an up to 8mb package?

Change ratio to 100%, you don't need to improve on anything.

Mind you, I've just checked Google and BT Option 3 states up to 20mb broadband, which your line is more than capable of achieving. I'd give BT a call and get them to check why you're only connected at 8mb.

[edit]Someone else could probably answer this, but is a 448 upload indicative of a line that isn't connected at ADSL2 therefore not capable of the higher speeds?

yeah correct, you are on a the old bt system, whats your exchange, probably have not been upgraded to 21cn, 8128kbps is the most you will get unless you swop to a LLU provider or bt upgrade your exchange.

No offense but if you purchased this router to increase your speed you wont see any as your line is so short you will always get full sync for ADSL/ADSL2/ADSL2+

Try setting your SNR margin slider to 65% and see what you get. I get an extra mbit on mine when I do that and it still keeps a rock solid connection and my stats are much worse than yours
