Anyone recently had a parcel collected from their home with DHL?

Im a bit confused (not that it takes much lol),What im confused about is it states...

Do not seal the package as the courier must inspect the contents..now im sending an Imac,So your telling me i cannot seal the main imac box,Nor the outer cardboard protection box until hes had a gander then ive got to rush and seal it while hes looking at me in a can you hurry up expression on his face?

Also it states do not attach any shipping information or labels to the item, you give these to the driver..again what if he/she does not do this?

I have choose insured shipping with them but yeah, kind if confused because usually you do all of this so its ready for the driver to just knock the door, scan and off he goes?

any feedback appreciated lol

Yep, in my previous experiences that's exactly what happens. 2 copies of paper work, he'll sign one and give you it back and the label will get attached to the parcel after you seal it up. Simply to prevent fraud.

Have they given you compensation insurance for the iMac?, I thought this would be a no compensation item, simply for loss.

It's an unknown shipper policy, and generally only gets applied to first time shippers sending goods internationally by air.
