DHL Woes

It's now 7pm, i got back from work and still no parcel (due for delivery today)
My brother says no one has called and there is no card, but on the website it says:
HSD Out for Delivery awaiting IOD 16/12/08 HIGH WYCOMBE HOME DELIVERY

Anyone had DHL deliver after the 9-6 period? or have any idea what awaiting IOD means, i tried google but i cant find a definitive answer

Bring back citylink , nice lady who does the deliveries in my area was always on time :/
