If you are willing to pay, then they most likely do have a service that will guarantee delivery tomorrow within Europe. It will cost you an arm and a leg though.

Well, my parents run a courier company and use UPS to deliver stuff, but they are based in Stratford. It would be much cheaper than going to UPS directly, but it'll be too late to get it done now, I think.

Do you mean pickup within 1 day or delivery as some international destinations are 24hrs+

I can get Docs to the East Coast of the USA overnight and goods to most of Europe overnight, but I can't do it for Sicily or the West Coast of the USA, or Australia for example.

Not all countries are equidistant from the UK.

It is too late now, you will never meet linehaul unless you drop it in to depot, most of our international depots trunk out between 18:00 and 21:00, depending on how far they are from the relevant Air Gateway.

Plus unknown shipper policy means they may not accept ad-hoc goods via the air network. Medication is also forbidden to be sent to some countries via courier.
