Diablo 2 Resolution Patch

I'm trying to use the resolution patch on diablo 2 but I'm having no luck.

I've tried to run the game in direct draw mode but when I do that the game just wont load at all.

If I try it in direct3d mode, the game will load fine but the resolution patch doesn't seem to work at all. (No option for resolution in video settings.)

Any suggestions?

Go to the directory you installed Diablo II and try running D2VidTst.exe

If you're using the D2multires mod it only works on v1.12a as far as I know.

Don't use it on Battle.net, last I heard, it'll get you a ban.
