Really!? I'm also an orb sorc with meteor as backup. How do you cope with the ice immune monsters? I'm just levelling on mephy runs lol >.<

There's leveling guides to be found, which show you were to level and until which level. I've had D2 since it came out so in the end leveling just became a case of trying to reach 85 ASAP rather than playing the game through for the story!

when i use to play i found it was all about getting level 80 and then getting the equipment, the extra levels were normally not that critical

Ive never got pass ACT 2 on Nightmare, this time im gonna go the whole way.

I did use to play d2. Then I found median mod and stuck with that. 1.13 IMHO is a pile of wack and they didn't even listnto the fans requests that much. Trust me median is much better especially the uber levels and level cap of 120.

Baal, sanc and uber runs are the only possibilities as far as I'm aware. All of which have copious amounts of cold immune monsters, meh!

I'd actually play this again if it was possible to up the resolution.

There's at least one resolution mod out there which in theory goes up to at least 1920 x 1200. I find that it never seems to work at your screen's maximum resolution, whatever that might be, but works well at slightly lower resolutions. It's not perfect though, as the characters are all then pretty small and menus etc in odd places, but it's useful.
