from what little we have been shown from the opening ceremony as of this post it certainly looks great, much darker in theme, same great game play feel as diablo 3, i'm excited.

That cinematic was amazing, looking like their trying with Diablo this time around, taking bits from POE and Lost Ark with that gameplay trailer. Hopefully don't have to wait too long to get to play it.
