I want this game SO badly, waiting is gonna be a killer.

I hope the quest system and the acts stay in place. I know they are basic but i love the way they were on d2. It just flowed well, although a bit short and fast

I think it would be interesting to see if certain classes would be needed in groups to pass harder sections. where AOE or Melee is essential for example.

It was so cool on that vid when the barb meets decard cain and he says "Stay a while an..."

I think they have learnt a lot from WoW and will try and incorporate some of its elements in D3. The PvP system sounds interesting and should be a lot more organised than the current one.

I would probably pay that max for it. Its not an MMO so it really shouldn't have a monthly sub since its not as big as WoW and by the looks of it, it will be user created servers if the parties are up to 8 players again.

I hope it's not subscription-based, as much as I love Diablo I'm not paying for another grind.

Ermm, you basically said what Diablo 2 is and its not an MMO?

An MMO is something were you play with thousands of other people at once. D2 and D3 don't do this.

I hope so, Diablo 3 should be a free to play multiplayer game. I can't see where they can justifiy the means of a monthly subscription, with WoW they have servers and bandwidth to pay for.

Making diablo 3 a pay-to-play game would be counter productive. Blizzard will only want to be maintaining one subscription based game at any one time or else their own games will be competing for profits.

Why? The first 2 chapters on D2 were boring when you first start.

The potions were good - they resulted in the player (and team) needing strategy to keep the health.

It nolonger means if you don't have the right equipment you can burn additional potions to get past a mob boss. The point was that you had to spend a long time getting the potions todo that so it's not a problem.

Go and buy diablo 2 then!! Can be had for cheap and its still an amazing game that has to be experienced, plenty of time to play it (and the add-on) before this comes out

Good news just found a copy of diablo 2 I must have bought. Time to install

Found a copy of the expansion as well but the disk is not in the box
