Has anyone else here become a "dialaphone victim" ?

I have had 6 different delivery dates, a change of my order without consulting me first, continuous conflicting stories and false promises every time I have got through to them on the phone and I have now cancelled the whole order.

I thought Virgin Media had the worst customer service but this company beats them hands down !

They often sign you up to "free" insurance and tech support, which rolls over to paid if you don't cancel within the first month. If they're messing you around with delivery dates just watch you don't miss the deadline to cancel these.
 
I cancelled the whole thing, got that confirmed via email to be sure it was cancelled (took over an hour being passed to different people though !), never dealt with such a bad company for terrible customer service and false promises. Amazing that they are still in business really !
 
Yeah, ordered an upgrade to a Nexus 4 on my O2 contract. Promised me a delivery date, when the phone didn't turn by the day after the promised delivery date phoned them up to be told it was out of stock and I would probably have it some time the following week. Spent 10 minutes telling the lady on the phone excactly what I thought of their customer service and their compeny as a whole. Phone arrived the next morning.
