Meh, I still use the white silicon goo, works fine for me.

I can conclusively declare that this did not work.

Oh well I will keep looking for some descent diamond powder as it is not eaily obtainable in small quantities as most supplies are from the USA and postage cost is mentally high.

Bah, mix the diamond dust with some goo, stick in a few makeshift test tubes/thermal grease syringes or whatever, attach them (opposite to balance) to a drill bit and let your makeshift centrifuge run for a good while.

Disclaimer, this may well end up with thermal goo splattered against the wall...
