Generally not, no. The difficulty comes with getting lacquer to adhere well to the cut finish. Presumably a wheel factory environment allows more success with this.

The company you're looking to use specifically note the finish isn't as durable and is excluded from their standard quality guarantee. They'll only guarantee diamond cut finishes for 6 months rather than 12.

Yeah, i saw they have only a 6month warranty.....perhaps just buying factory wheels is a better option, as not much more than a diamond cut refurb.
