"Microphone blip leaves Cameron in F-word controversy"

^is the only youtube copy I can find at the moment.

Did he swear?

Mic muted or accident?

I've watched it a couple of times and could almost see it both ways.

No he didn't swear. He'd be a much deeper shade of purple if he'd been riled to the extent of losing control.

Can I ask, "of course he didn't".. why is it a matter of course that he did not?
lol

because he clearly says "What are you frightened of". You don't need to be a lip reader to see that.

A better link and video...

Edit: just seen someone claiming to be a lip reader above saying 'afraid of', still looks more like 'frightened of' to me (which is also backed up by Parliament).
Edit #2: Just realised it was Jason2 claiming to a lip reader. I definitely think it's 'what are you frightened of' now :D

Being a lip reader, I can actually tell you what he says.

He says: What are you afraid of?

Sure it's not "what are chickens made of?"..?

Anyway, could a mod give an easy YES/NO poll?

Some places/papers have quite opposing views on this by way of public poll, I wanted to see how it would turn out here.

I heard lip reading in this thread then remembered the Bad Lip Reading NFL video on youtubes.

"It's his party that wants to break up the United Kingdom and it's for his party to make the case. What's he frightened of?"

vs.

"It's his party that wants to break up the United Kingdom and it's for his party to make the case. Will you **** off?"

I mean seriously, does anyone really think the second one is more likely? Honestly?
