Ordered a Samsung f1 750gb HDD, wondering if i should change to a 500gb f3, both have enough storage for me at, possible raid in the future. enough difference to change my order?

Depends what you need them for, if you want speed over storage go with the f3, if its just plane storage just go for the f1..
