I think he's saying without the quick reply he has to load up an extra page to reply and that is why it is bothering him so much - so it is issuesome for him without the quick reply.

Yeah but to reply you need to click reply and load up another page, makes it harder for slowdem users. especially when this place slows down at peak times/
