Drank from lunch onwards, beer, wine & spirits & could not for the life of me get drunk...man I love christmas dinner...need to learn how to proportion it a bit better though ;)

Glass of champagne and that was it. I had to be on top form for the competitive wii sports that followed.

Drank 2 bottles of champeign between 4 of us at lunch and in the afternoon. Then a 2 or 3 bottles of beer at night time so not a great deal..

I drank this much:

Had rather a lot of tango and lemonade (separately, not together). I also had a glass of Magners with dinner, and an advocat and lemonade in the evening. I had a couple of glasses of magners on boxing day and a glass of some sparkling rosé.

Started quite early in the day - can't remember when to be honest. Lost count of the number of cans of 1664 I put away followed by about four glasses of wine over the course of the evening. Don't normally drink lager in large quantities and mixing my drinks doesn't normally agree with me, so I'm surprised I didn't end up with my head down the bog ...

What I DO remember is that I actually had a hangover before I went to bed that night, which was a new experience - woken up with one many times, but never had one before lights out :p

i had loads, although, i wasn't sick, and neither did i pass out, and i was only wasted for about an hour (of which i spent laying on a couch speaking crap) :) a good day!

Don't understand the want to get drunk on Christmas day, a bit antisocial if family is around. Getting merry seems spot on to me.

At 12.01am Christmas Day I was absolutely wrecked with my mates and girlfriend in a club.

However, Christmas Day itself from when I woke up and went to bed I did not drink at all.

I got hammered on xmas eve so felt pretty rough all christmas day, and didnt drink until i went to the pub with friends at night

I had something like 6 or 7 large glasses of wine and at least 10 southern comfort and lemonades.

I was nicely toasted but not sick :)

Couple of buck fizz, a few glasses of champers and one or two white wines, quite respectable really, considering I litterally crawled home on christmas eve, lol.

For me christmas eve is the time to get mashed, and christmas day, well, if you do it properly the night before your not really capable of going to far overboard ;)
