Didn't receive windows key

Hi All
I bought my first system from overclockers recently, and received it today. I have set everything up however when I attempt to change taskbar, it has asked me to activate windows. Once I enter the activation screen I am greeted with red text under the key which states 'We can't activate Windows on this device because the product key was already used on another device....' and I can not find any other code in within the packages that I received.

Please help me

Did you buy it with a version of Windows?

At a guess you got an OEM rather than Retail version of Windows. So the license will be tied to the motherboard.

Yes it was included in my order. Once received the PC I went to activate, and the already entered key, was presented to me with the above error message.
