Dieting: Am I doing it right?

I stopped taking Omega 3 supplements daily when the BMJ published an article linking it with various cancer risks. It juts freaked me out. Suffice to say, you don't "need" it, it hasn't halted any of my progress in either bulking or cutting. With the LG diet I tend to take stuff like that and multi-vitamins only on the low calorie rest days to ensure I've got all the nutrients and even then it's probably just broscience.
