Difference between DS3 and S3?

Was curiously looking at the 2 gigabyte boards and wondered what the difference was. At first looks i can't see any difference between the specs on the gigabyte site.

So the difference between the 965p_S3 and 965p_DS3 is the capacitors.

Thats all i needed to know.
