Hi,

My opinion the top spec will be faster at stock, and may overclock better.
Not sure if the ram is better but you will have a higher multiplier on the 6600
than the 6400.

Other people may offer better options / opinion.

if it was me i would get the top one but with the ram from the second one. you really dont heen pc8500 ram unles syou going to overclock very heavily
