Difference UD3R and UD5R

What is the difference in these Gigabyte boards other than memory slots ie is there a difference in how far they can be overclocked?

Sorry yes I meant the ex58 ud3r and the ex58 ud5r. In terms of overclocking potential is there a difference between the two? Also does xfire run better on the ud3r as its 2 slots run x16, x16 and I think the ud5r runs x16,x8,x8
