Different branded RAM

I have Corsair LP 16GB DDR3, If I mix it with 16gb of Kingston Hyper X fury will there be any problems? I understand it will be downloacked but does this affect real world performance?

You will not notice any performance difference. I've a few pcs running miss matched ram.
