I'm inclined to agree with you Fox, I found just watching the video slightly disturbing yet I can't quite put my finger on it. I know they're just rendered polygons in a virtual world but the idea behind it is just disturbing.
Don't get me wrong, I've killed my fair share of Vice City denizens but that was okay, the populace was comprised of varying levels of scum anyways so I was probably doing the world a favour. The almost cartooney feel to the game also brought with it a certain level of disconnection but Modern Warfare is going for the grit and grime of real life (and achieves the effect respectively enough). To mow down civilians like that just seems wrong.
Okay, it's a game, I do know this, and I am not in a position to pass judgement until I have actually played the level and at the end of the day it's not real but the idea behind it still disturbs me.

they didnt release the footage did they? it was found by hacking the game as i recall...

obviously, but they never told anybody about it did they? they didnt make a song and dance, but they did get in the **** once its was found. That's not not the same thing is it?

any game is pirated what ever console or pc etc, its normal for people to try !
there is always a % off the population whome is going to use pirated games, Me for one will get the demo and play it if ok bin the demo or go out to buy the game for the multiplayer side off it only.
