Digital camera recommendations needed

I'm in need of a new digital camera as I've just had my first child

I already have a Canon 400D so am okay for an SLR. What I really want is a nicer small point and shoot digital camera. I'm currently using a FujiFilm F11.

Budget would be somewhere between £200 and £300.

A friend of mine has an Olympus XZ-1 and rates it very highly.

Either that or the Canon S95 if you want something more pocketable.

I'd recommend this as well, for the price now it's a real gem. If you don't need a travel zoom camera then the S95 should be highly considered.

Quick question, any recommend a good memory card for the S95? Ideally something high capacity and fast.
