Digital camera sub £100

Hello,

I was just wondering if any of you would know of any good cameras sub £100?

I've been checking out some high street stores in town but I really wouldn't have a clue on which camera would take clear pictures or not.

I was looking at these 2:

Panasonic Lumix DMCFS42EBS 10.1MP Digital Camera - £90

Kodak M530 12MP Camera - Carbon £90 (supposedly it's been reduced from £260 but I highly doubt that)

Does anyone have any input?
