There is a mint Clio 172 cup near me for sale at just 4k with only 45k on the clock. My nextdoor neighbour has offered me £2600 for my 306 gti-6 (1997 R, Diablo Red, Mint Con, 85k) I could also haggle on the clio a little. So for under £1500 I could have a much newer and slightly quicker car. My car is prolly worth not much more than 2k so the offer is excellent for me. What shall I do? I know its more a sidestep but its tempting

I always thought the 172/182 was classed as one of the best fwd cars, can't say i've ever heard the same about the 306
Infact only thing i've heard about the 306s handling is the fierce lift off oversteer?

it's one of the best handling FWD cars, along with your clio's and integra out on topWatch out for cups - insurers dont like them due to having no ABS so get a quote if insurance matters to you
Cracking cars though, wont find a better handling/preforming hot hatch for the money (bar a 182 obviously)
they are faster than the 182's though
