Dirt 3 problems

Yesterday my Dirt 3 got stuck on when I was getting talked to in the menus and I couldn't do anything, so I restarted my game and decided to run fraps at the same time, now whenever I play the game is stuck in windowed mode and I can't get into full-screen. I can still play, but it's really annoying, any ideas guys?
