I bought a code on the MM last week for Dirt 3.

Went to the AMD site. Put in the code and they wanted confirmation. Uploaded the photo and still waiting on a response with no game :(

That's been a week now. Will they get back to me? Anyone else waited this long?
 
Glad it's not just me. I thought it was something I had done wrong or something ??

Been waiting 4 days now. I got mine with the laptop I bought. Don't know if we'll ever see it though lol.
 
Got mine with a new PC build from here and it also needed photo evidence. Took about 3 days I think.
 
I have recently bought the code aswell from MM and also had to upload the photo of the code.

Could the delay be due to the name/address issue? Since the MM seller bought the amd product, he go the free dirt 3 code. His details i.e address, name will be registered with AMD if I am correct.

Now we buy the code from MM seller and upload the details i.e name, address etc to AMD website.
They cross reference our details and find no name and address linking to the original purchase of the AMD product.

Is it like this lol? :p


Edit: The promo ends on 31 december, so they better hurry up and provide the steam key if there are no issues :p

It's not like that as I got mine with the MB on my new builds and I still had to send photo evidence. I think so many got keycode hacked that all the codes we have have already been used so the only way to prove legitimate is a photo.
 
The annoying thing is. I bought two codes from the MM. One for me and one for the girlfriend. (I will force her to play)

One of the codes was a normal steam code and worked instantly. The other is this stupid key code paper thing!!!

I wish I had known of this... I would have bought another normal code.

Yes mine was from the MM, but I was sold the voucher code and I redeemed that through the AMD website. So I don't think the problem lies with the person that sold it to me, otherwise AMD wouldn't have issued a Steam code. It's probably down to the Steam keys that got leaked.
 
I'm still waiting for mine. I applied for it on the AMD website on the 9th of November. I emailed them to ask how long it would take and they requested the photographic proof again even though the AMD website has you upload it as part of the process.
