Disable Dynamic Pricing on a local CSS server?

I've tried "mp_dynamicpricing 0" in the console and it has no effect

does anyone know how to get rid of this stupid system?

Has to be added to the "server.cfg" as far as i know and a reboot then a map change for it to take effect

Yep stick it on the end of server.cfg or listenserver.cfg found in steamapps/<yourname>/counter-strike source/cstrike/cfg.

Then type "map <mapname>" in console and it should work.
