disable load BEEP with credit balance?

hi guys

my mother has Nokia 5220 pay as you go with 02.

everytime she send a text message, the phone make very loud BEEP noise when the credit balance comes up. how to disable the noise? she wants it to be silence?

i had a look but couldnt find a option for it

This is an annoying feature. I have the same thing on my Samsung G800 and you cannot silence it, even in silent mode on the phone :/

I'm not sure if there is a way to turn off the auto notifcation of balence though, possibly something to ring up o2 about? It isn't done on all networks.
