Disabling Flash disables embedded Youtube videos

For various reasons I've disabled Flash in Chrome and found that it's disabled the showing of embedded Youtube videos on this messageboard. And it's only this messageboard so far.

depends if they have a HTML5 based player in the forum code.

doubt they do as the version is quite old.

doesnt help if you block the flash plugin for FF as it makes the browser completely unstable

Yeah that's a pain. Works browser is a bit dated and the Flash plug in often causes issues.

That's odd, can't think why flash videos would stop working
