How do I disable call forwarding on a T-Mobile phone? I want it so call waiting kicks in instead. I'm pretty sure call waiting is on, but the forwarding kicks in instead.

Cheers

EDIT: I want it to still go to voicemail if I don't answer, just want call waiting while I'm on another call.

What phone?

In your call divert menu, cancel all diverts. Then turn on the following voicemail diverts:
- Divert if busy
- Divert if not answered (usually number of seconds is configurable)
- Divert if unreachable

Enable call waiting

EDIT - you have an iPhone don't you? If so they don't have the menu options. I'll dig out the GSM codes that you can use instead. Hold on...

Aye, iPhone :) Cheers

Your 'destination' number is your voicemail number, which on T-Mob is personalized. (On other networks eg Orange, there is one number for everyone).

Try punching in *#61# [SEND] to see if it is already there

Excellent, cheers. I'll have a play.

OK, I've disabled 'when busy' and I still get the 'active diverts' message when making a call. I expected that to go away.
