Just had my first pack of salt and vinegar Discos in years. I am now severely disappointed as the lining of my mouth is still there and my tongue is no different :(

Why did they have to change them? They were awesome when they stripped your mouth when eating them.

:(

I remember the pickled onion ones which were covered in flavouring, they don't exist any more I don't think and the others have hardly any flavour :(

I concur :(

However, I did have the pleasure of nomming my way through a packet of KP Salt & Vinegar peanuts last week, for the first time... thems some strong, tasty treats! My mouth is watering just thinking about them!

Goa nd find some! Gogogo!

the old school pickled onion monster munch screwed your face into a black hole of sourness too, they were awesome! :(

I blame the healthy eating brigade, according the packet it says

DISCOS are now made with a blend of sunflower oil and vegetable oil so that they contain 50% less saturated fat than in 2006.
Same great taste.

Same great taste my behind

I think almost all crisps these days have gone bland and wussy. I remember Seabrook prawn cocktail used to blow your head off.... now they're just like any other crisps, i.e. a bit rubbish.

When I want good crisps I have to buy hand made ones these days with proper flavourings.

Sea salt and cracked black pepper crisps are good. Forgot what make they are, not the walkers sensations ones, they are rubbish

I haven't seen those in years - where did you find them?

If you are lucky you can still get a super saturated packet of Discos.

I used to love pushing my finger into the corner of the packet after finishing and out the other side to be greeted by a lovely pile of flavouring :D

OM NOM NOM

eeeeemmm. yes. Or blow it into someone eyes like people would do at our school. This went hand in hand with doing other stuff like hitting a big blob of solder with the soldering iron to make it splash people, using the sanding belt to make square coins and textiles to try and sew people tie/shirt to their project....

i miss school :(
