Reminds me of when I worked in a crash repair center many years ago, Ford delivered a top secret body shell that we had to keep covered up at all times when the workshop doors were open (the Ford KA) we had to strip all the paint off remove all sound deadening pads and all the seam sealer etc, then the painter did a wet on wet i.e. sprayed a very thin dust coat of primer and then a couple of thin coats of paint, this was for their fuel economy tests, they got the best engine they tested and put carbon fiber doors bonnet etc on it!! all a con!
