disk boot failure probably due raid0 ?

using Gigabite Ga-ep45-dq6

Basically trying to install windows vista ultimate 64 bit, cdrom set boot priority 1, pc boots up and it says :

"Verifying DMI Pool Data....
Disk Boot failure , insert system disk press enter "

i have raid/ahci mode on "raid" , but i cant get to raid configuration utility ?

any ideas ? is it something to do with using cdrom wih ide cable ?

thats my first raid so bit lost

I'd force a boot disk selection (I think it's F12 on most Gigabyte boards) and select the CD that way.

If you still get the Disk Boot failure, try burning the disk again.
