Can't delete these pesky temporary files from my C drive with Disk Cleanup tool on Windows 7.

Have tried CCleaner to no avail, also used Windows 7 manager, nothing seems to want to remove it..

Anybody know how to do this manually?

they are probably in use hence why they wont delete?

try looking in windows/internet/temp folder and delete them

Can I send you my little ".ink" file that is in the pic above, it links to the process already in Windows, when you run this it will open up the box like above you have but far more options and for all drives.

You may see old Windows installs etc.

I would run it is Safe Mode, the file if locked as in use shouldn't be then.

Edit: I mailed you and put link to the file on my desktop, I will leave file server open a while but it may not work if I am not here due to firewall rules unless I see and agree to it as not used since format.

I ran the advanced cleaner in the link you gave, via CMD and it gave me a lot more options but still didn't take out the pesky 360mb files..

This is not doing my OCD much good haha. I must find a way to wipe away these annoying temp files :p
