I have just installed XP Pro on a 5400 rpm old disc drive as an interim measure following a faulty HD. I have since bought a new Seagate Drive and would like to copy the old drive onto the new one and use the old drive as a backup. I have bought Acronis True Image 9 but wondered if I have to run Sysprep first before taking an image? Both disks are formatted with NTFS and are basic volumes.
