Disk Integrity Checking?

The last 2 days when I have started my PC it has performed a Disk Integrity check each time.

It takes about 2 mins to complete but scrolls so fast I can see if it is actually finding any errors.

It may be coincidence but the only 2 major changed I have made was a) the latest Microsoft patched b) A defrag

The PC runs fine and I have taken the liberty of creating an image of the disk, however its 250GB in size and I dont have anything that will take a file that big

Any thoughts?

Try deliberately running check disk from within windows and see if it reports anything.

Then get hold of the manufacturer's diagnostic and see if that finds a problem.
