Disk Transfer Rate

Hi all.

When i run the Performance and Information tool i get good scores apart from the Disk Transfer Rate. I have a WD 1TB 64mb cache HD. Any obvious reason why i get a low score for this.

Rating is 5.9

Yeah, it isn't a SSD.

It's rating your transfer rate not your capacity.

Well thats the answer to your question.

It's rating your disk transfer rate and as you don't have a SSD you're getting a rating of 5.9 which as i understand it, is normal for a storage hard drive.

if you mean the windows performance scores, a non SSD drive can only achieve 5.9, even the super fast raptors.
