Disks and Pads on a C3 ?

How much would you expect a set of front discs + pads to cost inc labour on a 1.4 03 Citroen C3 ?

I have no mechanical skill so doing them myself is prolly not an option. Also is 21k about right for them going - garage are suggesting they have corroded rather than worn out due to lack of use (its 2nd car and does not get used much)

You can get the discs for about £60 and pads wont be much... maybe £30 at most.

Mileage seems about right to me.
