pretty much, some evidence their manipulations happen to help with back pain (but really nothing more than a properly trained physio can't also do), but the whole foundation for the field is a total sham completely detached from reality and with no evidence base
there is literally no point to them given that physios exist and can offer much more
nah that would be the chiropractors and perhaps you too
