Display and small UI icons for windows on mac

I've been recently installed Windows on my retina display mac and Netbeans or Eclipse both have small UI icons and looks zoomed out. Is there a fix to adjust it for higher resolution monitors as such because I couldn't find one.

Do a search for display settings in Windows 10 and it will have an option to set the size of text, apps and other items. Set it to 150% or maybe even 175% or 200% and you should be good to go.

I've done that before, But it'll also apply the settings to my desktop as well. Assuming you mean I change it everytime I use software only?
