Display driver has stopped working ?

hello, i have been playing battlefield and it crashed, and this message was displayed at the bottom right of my screen 'Display drivers has stopped working and has recovered' i then get a message on battle log saying 'transitioning'.
ive made a thread about the transitioning issue but ive only just noticed the driver issue when i tried to play it again, i didnt know whether to put it on so i decided to make this thread. Can this be a problem with Battlefield because this is not an issue on different games?

Bf4 is quite buggy and driver crashes have been an error for some users on here. Though i havent seen the transitioning message on origin myself. Are other games ok, and just to rule it out is your card overclocked?

the card has been ok on other games, and ive only got it on a preset overclock

EDIT: turns out i had the gpu on an unstable overclock i was playing about with yesterday, everything is fine now, thanks for reminding me though

I used to get that on my factory overclocked gtx570, used afterburner to slow it to stock speeds and it got better.
