Display Gone Weird... Help!

So I'm greeted with this today...

I swapped out my GPU for a spare, same thing. I plugged HDMI cable in to the motherboard display socket, same thing. I tried a different HDMI cable, same thing.

Am I "lucky" and this could be a Windows **** up, or more likely to be my motherboard?

Any suggestions more than welcome...

try out put to your tv, monitor could be faulty

I've tried my PS4 on my TV and it was fine.

The odd thing is I just turned it back on and it's fine now. Not quite sure what's going on...

Tried with a different input rather then HDMI?
