Hi,

Gotta mate with a laptop, when he swicthed it loads of lines on the display would come on, then the display would go but you could hear the windows logon. SO he switched it off, then when he came to swicth it on it just wouldnt power up?

send it back, ring the place you bought it from if it is new, or if it is not new but in warranty call the company. if however it is out of warranty, call the company and see what they can do. sounds not too good though!

try turning it on again, with and without the battery in (with the ac in without the battery obviously) and see if it works. may be a loose connection with the monitor but i can't explain the not turning on!
