Display Issue?

Hi,

I bought a pre build Oc Pc which arrived today.

Having an issue of no signal input error to hdmi monitor.

Graphics Card & motherboard fans spinning when on.

Also tried on tv via hdmi which didnt work.

Do you guys have any suggestions?

Have you tried a different port on the graphics card? If the CPU has an IGP, have you tried the motherboard ports instead?
 
Hi @Tetras, Yes tried the motherboard port no joy either. Theres only 1 hdmi on the graphics card, 3 dps. The monitor i have doesnt have a display port just hdmi.
 
Maybe the graphics card needs pushed back in. I would guess that, if it was delivered

yeah make sure gpu and ram are fully seated
does motherboard have little debug/post leds?
those indicate where a fault may be if your board has them

quick look at the specs doesnt list debug leds unfortunately
try removing cmos/bios battery for at least 10 minutes
also a different hdmi cable if you have one handy
 
On the picture showing the HDMI cable.

The GPU looks to be not seated correctly. The left side seems more into the case. (may just be me seeing it wrong)

Try a different HDMI cable with a thinner plug, as the one you have doesn't look fully pushed in.
 
Contact OCUK in the customer service section and they will try get it fixed for you and if they can't then will help you arrange an RMA.
