Display issues in Windows 7...

Having trouble with my display in W7.

I have a GeForce Go 7700 (iirc) chip on my mobo (laptop) that appears not to have been detected by W7,

It's picking it up as a VGA driver, which must be an operating system driver when there is no specific graphics card or something. Even nvidia's driver search determines that I have a vga driver installed and won't give me the geforce driver.

Just wondering if anyone can point me in the way of help.

Go onto the nVidia site and search your driver manually. Windows update rarely fails for drivers either.

Ah I should have waited until the drivers that I guessed it were had downloaded before posting this - It's all fixed now with the nvidia vista geforce drivers. Looks and runs a lot nicer too
