Hey troops i have a GeForce GTX 670 EX OC 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card and it has a display port on it can you tell me what kind of display connects to it.. Cheers.

One with a displayport. Some higher end monitors have displayport connectors.

The Dell U2713HM has DVi, Hdmi and Displayport digital connectors. Displayport is the bottom one.

Diplayport is an all in one Digital connector similar to HDMi but offers high bandwidth. It is essentially a Dual link Dvi with HD Audio and can transmit up to 17.28 GB/sec of data. It was introduced mainly for Pc's as it offers a Royalty free connection with high bandwidth. A single Displayport 1.2 connector can drive 4 x 1920x1200 displays.

Some monitors have a displayport input, but you can get a wide variety of adapters for displayport to DVI,HDMI if need be.

Displayport rocks, much smaller/thinner than DVI and clips in instead of screwing, much better than HDMI too as you can daisy chain displays, like people have said you can get DP to DVI/VGA/HDMI etc converters.

Thank you for all your replys guys, i assume nvidia 3D wont work across displayport. as i have to use the DVI for this..
