Samsung LC32JG50QQUXEN 32" Curved Gaming Monitor - WQHD 2560x1440, 144Hz and a new HDMI cable, to go with my rtx 3070, but the other day decided to get a DP cable. All was fine for the first couple of days but now it keeps saying no signal, so have had to revert back to the HDMI. Searched the internet, seems quite a common issue but I don't want to have to keep unplugging everything for a few minutes every time for it to work. Any opinions on what else to do

I’ve had bad luck with aftermarket DP cables on 4K+, most of the time best ones are the ones came with the monitor, you can also try ones from Amazonbasics, or Apple store, they generally do well on their rated specs.
